9/2 Rotax Race Cancelled

The Rotax Classes at this weekend's race at Dixon have been postposed. The reason is due to some safety concerns with running the track in the reverse direction. There were three offs by Rotax drivers last Saturday that has brought out this concern. After discussions with the Marin Karting team, it is felt that safety must be the first consideration.

So, no Rotax classes at this weekend's Dixon race.

I have rescheduled this last Dixon race for October 7, this is the Dixon make up race that will be run. The direction is mostly the standard direction, Rick Luther is checking into this. So put the Oct 7 race on your calendar. This should be a fun weekend at Dixon as I am planning a BBQ for after the race on that Sunday.
