Rule package for Dixon

Considering that the 2008 US Rotax Rulebook has yet to be released and Dixon is quickly approaching, the Norcal Rotax Challenge will follow the rules as set forth in the 2008 US Rules Primer and the 2007 US Rulebook, if the 2008 rulebook is not released before the Dixon race. The 2008 US Rules Primer has precedence over the 2007 rulebook.

Remember, all racers are required to be license members prior to competition.
